Some opponents of new provinces don't believe in Pakistan, rest are vested interests, Mustafa Kamal

Whoever leads new provinces will be our leader, that leader will be Prime Minister or Field Marshal, MQM Pakistan leader

Karachi: Federal Minister Mustafa Kamal has said that some opponents of new provinces don't believe in Pakistan and rest are opposing for their own interest.

MQM Pakistan leader and Federal Minister for Health Mustafa Kamal while holding a press conference stated party's stance on various matters including new provinces, situation of Sindh, public issues and solidarity with Saudi Arabia. On this occasion Dr. Sagheer Ahmed was also present with him.

Mustafa Kamal said that Qibla of all Muslims is one. The war currently going on in Harmain Sharifain, MQM Pakistan condemns it. He said that we are sinful Muslims but we are with our government and Pakistan Army, ready to act as soon as guidance is received.

He said that as a Muslim these are our sentiments, we are with our Saudi brothers and sisters. Strongly condemn actions against Saudi Arabia in strong words.

Regarding new provinces, Mustafa Kamal said that he has heard a lot of discussion on this matter, give it any title, he will call it new provinces only. He said that among those who oppose new units, some are those who don't even believe in Pakistan, while rest are opposing it for their own interest.

Mustafa Kamal said that hatred is being instilled in minds of our Sindhi brothers and it is being put in mind that new provinces will cause bloodshed. He said that he wants to make public understand that nothing like this will happen. What has been done to this city, that too is not less than torture for public.[Karachi]

He said that children are falling in gutter and dying, is this not cruelty? Children were infected with HIV in Willeka Hospital, AIDS was spread among children in Sindh, all this is also bloodshed with public. He said that saying that there will be bloodshed over new provinces is unjustified.

Mustafa Kamal said that all people of Sindh are his brothers and sisters. Situation of Sindh is even worse than Karachi, even drinking water is not available. He said that brothers, sisters and children of Sindh drink water from where animals drink water, this is condition of Sindh.

He said that person who is saying that there will be bloodshed due to new provinces is talking absolutely wrong. Mustafa Kamal said that there used to be bloodshed in this city in past, but now that thing has ended. It is MQM Pakistan sitting in front of public which ended bloodshed in past.

He said that this work was done for sake of public, first tried to make own leader understand, when matter did not work out then left own leader itself. He asked to show any such party which has left its leader.

Mustafa Kamal said that people living in interior Sindh are most innocent people. How many mothers and sisters of Sindh are sitting on roads, their children have been abducted, this is cruelty with interior Sindh. Large number of people of Sindh are with MQM. There are names of great elders in Sindh, if MQM people think ill of Sindhis then what answer will they give to those elders, who are their elders. Now this prejudice will not work what is Sindhi and Muhajir.

Regarding new provinces he said that talk of division of provinces was written by Zulfikar Ali Bhutto in his constitution. Mustafa Kamal said that this country has become a country producing disheartened people from state. For 70 years public is being made to fight with army. This issue has now started raising its head and speaking. Today our Field Marshal is getting acclaim all over world, Field Marshal is negotiating all over world.

Mustafa Kamal said that he repeatedly says that 18th Amendment has created 4 new countries. They don't declare independence because they get 2.5 billion rupees, if provinces are announced then they will stop getting this treasure.

He said that we want to rejoin this country. Peoples Party does not get angry at this time when child of city falls in gutter, money of World Bank which was to build Yellow Line was eaten up and provincial government returned that looted money to World Bank. Mustafa Kamal said that Peoples Party does not get angry on this matter.

Mentioning Gul Plaza he said that it kept burning for 5 days and Mayor came there after 2 days, but there is no anger on this matter also. Their internal hatred and hate is coming out. They have seen that their sun is about to set, public will take answer from them for everything. Opponents are afraid of thing which they oppose.

Mustafa Kamal said that we are going to free farmers of Sindh. New provinces will free all oppressed. New provinces will take Sindhis to more heights, the one who will lead it will be our leader, that leader will be Prime Minister and Field Marshal.

He said that now they will not die by coming under a truck and will not let children fall in gutters. When have to die, then die fighting bravely.

Criticizing opponents he said that their rooms are as if walls are made of dollars, those people who are fearless of death are very cowardly, for those people everything is haram.

Answering questions after press conference, Mustafa Kamal said that federal works being mentioned, all those works are to be done. One Jinnah Hospital was with federation, that was also taken. If Prime Minister becomes obstacle in any work then they say bad, but Prime Minister is trying for public.

He said that after 18th Amendment rivers of blood are flowing, in reality rivers of milk should have flowed. Federation did one wrong thing that left provincial government at its own condition. Mustafa Kamal said that MQM has never been used before nor can anyone use MQM in future.

He said that whole nation is indebted, they or public did not take this loan. There are so many conditions of IMF that even if want can't do anything. Who gives loan, his conditions also have to be accepted. When IMF was not there, even at that time unemployment had increased.

On question about silence of Punjab government, Mustafa Kamal said that silence means consent. He said that if those people are silent then it means they are wise people.
