Prices could not decrease despite LPG cargo arriving in Pakistan

Price of LPG per kg remains at 600 to 650 rupees in different cities

Karachi: Despite arrival of two ships carrying LPG from Oman to Pakistan, LPG prices could not decrease across country.

In different cities of country, price of LPG per kg remains at 600 to 650 rupees while in Quetta after reduction of 30 rupees, price has become 520 rupees per kg.

In Karachi price of LPG has increased to 550 rupees, in Peshawar 570, in Attock 600 while in twin cities Islamabad and Rawalpindi 600 rupees per kg.

On other hand, in Lahore LPG shops remained closed for second day due to strike.

It is clear that yesterday two ships carrying LPG from Oman had anchored at Pakistani ports after which decrease in prices is expected.
