Pakistan's progress not possible without creating new administrative units, Mustafa Kamal

Current situation has benefited only a few dozen families, rest of country is facing difficulties, Federal Health Minister
Karachi: Federal Health Minister Mustafa Kamal has said that Pakistan's progress is not possible without creating new administrative units.
Federal Health Minister Mustafa Kamal visited stalls of various companies on concluding day of Pharma Asia International 2026 Exhibition underway at Karachi Expo Center. Speaking at ceremony on this occasion, he said that I congratulate those who brought pharma companies from abroad in such difficult conditions. Role of administration is commendable, in same way employment opportunities will increase.
He said that countries have progressed through such events, Pakistan is also on same path.
Mustafa Kamal said that many problems in country are due to bad governance, because powers are not transferred to lower level. Out of 100 percent, Karachi gets only 3 percent. He said that new administrative units will be formed in coming days, whose establishment will solve problems. A time will come when expos will be held simultaneously at different places.
He said that MQM is talking about problems more than before and this is not matter of one group but matter of Pakistan's progress. Problems will not be solved without establishment of administrative units. Difficulties have increased due to not getting powers.
Federal Minister said that current situation has benefited only a few dozen families, while rest of country is facing difficulties. Karachi today is among worst cities to live, while in my tenure it was considered developed.
Speaking about vaccine, Mustafa Kamal said that reports of irregularities in procurement have come to light and explanation on this matter will come out in court. He said that despite small number of MQM members, party has always talked about all problems and this series will continue in future.
He further said that million dollars deals were made two months ago, China was also contacted for vaccine. First vaccine policy was also introduced.
