Case of incident registered in Sir Syed police station against 4 nominated accused

Karachi: People riding in black pickup misbehaved with family riding in other pickup in North Karachi and allegedly tortured them, case of incident has been registered in Sir Syed police station against 4 nominated accused while CCTV footage has also surfaced.

According to details, people riding in black pickup in North Karachi misbehaved with family riding in other pickup and allegedly tortured them, CCTV footage of incident has surfaced.

In CCTV footage, it can be seen that car dealer was allegedly tortured in front of wife and children.

Case of incident has been registered in Sir Syed police station, case was registered on complaint of affected car dealer Abdul Mateen. In case, 4 accused Bilawal Soomo, Umar Soomo, Ehtesham and Faizan have been nominated.

According to police, incident occurred in intervening night of 28 and 29 October and police registered case of incident on Sunday against nominated accused.

According to text of case registered in Sir Syed police station, affected car dealer Abdul Mateen told police that I had gone to Johar to eat food along with my wife and child, we were coming back home in our vehicle then a pickup was chasing us. On service road in North Karachi Sector Eleven-B, people riding in black pickup stopped my vehicle, people riding in pickup got down and started torturing me.

According to text of case, I have recognized those who tortured, these people are residents of my own area. People riding in pickup tortured me, threatened me while accused also pulled dupatta of my wife and my son also got badly frightened.

Police after registration of case started search for accused involved in incident.
