Government has wasted most important opportunity to bring political stability in country, Shaukat Yousafzai

Reaction of PTI Khyber Pakhtunkhwa information secretary on failure of government-opposition negotiations

Peshawar: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information Secretary Shaukat Yousafzai has said that Barrister Gohar and his team tried till last moment to make negotiations successful, it is regrettable that government has wasted most important opportunity to bring political stability in country.

Reacting to failure of government-opposition negotiations, Shaukat Yousafzai said that demands of Tehreek-e-Insaf are constitutional and legal, government should allow meeting with Imran Khan.

Shaukat Yousafzai said that country does not run on stubbornness and ego, imposing Governor's Rule or Emergency can further worsen situation.

He further said that federation should formulate policy together with provincial government and other stakeholders for ending terrorism.
