Haas F1 Team Principal Ayao Komatsu has publicly affirmed that Ollie Bearman is prepared to assume a leadership position within the organization for the upcoming season. Following a period of impressive development, the team management believes the 21-year-old driver has demonstrated the maturity and skill necessary to guide the squad on the track.
