26 November protest: Pre-arrest bail of Asad Qaiser, Atif Khan, Latif Khosa, Faisal Gandapur approved

Bails of Asad Qaiser in 9, Atif Khan in 4, Latif Khosa in 3 and Faisal Amin Gandapur in 6 cases approved till 11 February

Islamabad: Anti-Terrorism Court has approved pre-arrest bail applications of PTI leaders Asad Qaiser, Atif Khan, Latif Khosa and Faisal Amin Gandapur in 26 November protest case.

According to TAN News, hearing was held in Anti-Terrorism Court Islamabad on 26 November protest and Supreme Court cases against PTI leaders. Judge of Anti-Terrorism Court Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain approved bails of four accused and ordered four accused to submit surety bonds of Rs 5,000 each.

Bail of Asad Qaiser in 9, Atif Khan in 4, Latif Khosa in 3 and Faisal Amin Gandapur in 6 cases was approved. Court has approved bails of four accused till 11 February.

A few days ago, bails of four accused had been cancelled due to non-appearance. Pre-arrest bail applications were filed again by accused.
